Packing: Kasabs products are shipped in standard box packing. These box are made of cardboard and are stuffed with extra protection inside for shockproof delivery. For Wooden items, boxes are made of recycled paper with extra protection inside with bubble plastic sheet. For leather items, PVC boxes are used. We also provide customized packing for bulk purchases as per the requirement. Charges would be applicable at actual. Attractive gift wraps can be requested at a nominal charge. Delivery: Mumbai 3 – 5 days Within India 7 – 10 days Bulk Order As per mutual terms and conditions Gift Order As per specified date Replacement: Goods once sold will not be replaced or taken back. No replacement policy for any breakages and/or damages of items in transit. We can assist consignee in insuring the consignment. Payment: Orders within Mumbai - Payment on Delivery by Cash or Demand Draft or Pay Order. Orders within India - 100% Advance payment by Demand Draft or Money Order. Orders outside India – 100% Advance payment by Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Note: Credit cards facility not available at present. Bankers Cheque, Demand Draft, Pay Order should be in favour of Kasabs payable at Mumbai.
